Maintenance Specialist

Finavia leads and develops 20 airports in Finland. We are looking for maintenance multi-skilled specialists for fixed-term employment for the winter season 2026-2027 at Kittilä Airport. Your duties include the maintenance of land and air traffic areas and other airport areas. You will participate in the airport's fire and rescue service and the refueling of aircraft. We hope you have experience in maintenance and service tasks, knowledge of machinery and an interest in technology. In the position, you need a C1 class driver's license and sufficient IT skills. Fire and rescue tasks require good health and physical fitness from you. You have suitable education and good interaction skills. We hope for good Finnish and moderate English language skills so that you can operate according to the requirements of airport work. Experience in heavy equipment tasks or rescue service operations is considered an advantage. A basic security clearance and drug testing will be carried out for the person selected for the position, as well as a Peth test measuring high alcohol consumption for those coming to safety-critical tasks.
