Team Leader Nurse - Home-Based Disability Services

Mehiläinen has over 50,000 professionals who make meaningful work part of everyday life. We are now looking for a Team Leader (nurse) for the Mehiläinen home-based disability services in Seinäjoki. If you have a passion to help and develop, and want to be part of a multidisciplinary team, you may be the Team Leader for home-based disability services in Seinäjöi or Vaasa offices. What will you do? You will be responsible for customer relationships of professional disability services and home care teams and act as supervisor for care staff, developing high-quality and safe service with the team and your supervisor. Your work day includes service quality development and ensuring operating processes. You will be a key player in recruiting your team's nurses and execute high-quality supervisory work. Additionally, you will engage in active client acquisition, handle medication licensing processes, and occasionally morning on-call duties 6–8. What do we expect from you? You need a nursing degree and a bold, development-oriented attitude. Prior experience in supervisory work and respiratory care customer care is a plus. We use several systems, so good IT skills are valued. You are skilled at organising and prioritising, and can create a positive atmosphere even in challenging situations.
