We are seeking a registered nurse for a permanent position at HUS Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Raasepori clinic, starting October 1, 2026, or by agreement. The main place of work is located at the Raasepori Mental Health Center in Ekenäs, with satellite clinics in Karjaa and Hanko. Our team is bilingual, working in both Finnish and Swedish. The unit provides outpatient specialized psychiatric care for youth aged 13–17 primarily from the Raasepori, Hanko, Siuntio, and Inkoo regions. Assessment and treatment are carried out together with the youth, their family, and their network. In addition to nurse clinic work, the job description includes guiding groups and occasionally outreach activities in the youth's everyday environment. Some patient and network meetings are conducted remotely. To support nursing work, we offer comprehensive orientation as well as HUS's excellent training and development opportunities. HUS Raasepori Child and Adolescent Psychiatry employs a physician, eight registered nurses, two psychologists, two occupational therapists, and a social worker. The ward manager and assistant ward manager are shared with Lohja Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. If needed, we also have access to the services of a physiotherapist, exercise therapist, and nutrition therapist. Ward secretarial services are also available. Successful performance of the duties requires the ability to work and make decisions independently, good cooperation and interaction skills, flexibility, and readiness to work in a multidisciplinary team and at our different locations.
