We are looking for roof installers to strengthen the installation operations of our North Ostrobothnia branch. This work is performed as a four-person team. We start our day together at the depot, from where we head to the site. During the workday, we deliver what we promise. Each of us takes responsibility for this. In installation work, we have clear goals that we actively monitor. Our working methods, processes, supervision, and toolset support the achievement of these goals. What do we expect from you? * It would be good if you already have some experience with water-roofing work. However, years of experience are not the main point, but rather your desire to continue learning and take responsibility for your own work and its quality. * Your experience is reflected in your confidence in execution, as well as a systematic approach to work. * You understand that planning and working together affect the workload. * Diligence and perseverance are also descriptive traits of your character. Good physical condition is a major advantage. * Our working language is Finnish, which you should be proficient in. * A Class B driver's license is required for the job; a Class C license is also an advantage.
