We are now looking for a team leader (registered nurse) for home-based disability services. What does the position entail? In this position, you will get to show your skills in a versatile and responsible role. You will be responsible for professional disability service clients and home care teams and act as a supervisor for social and health care professionals and develop high-quality and safe services together with the team and your supervisor. Your working days include active customer acquisition, development of the quality of our services and ensuring operational processes. You are in a key position in the recruitment of your team's nurses and provide high-quality supervisory work. What do we expect from you? To succeed in this position, you primarily need a registered nurse's degree and a bold, development-oriented attitude. We consider previous experience in supervisory work and home-based services as an advantage. You are skilled in organizing and prioritizing, and you can create a positive atmosphere even in challenging situations.
