Job Description

The position is part of the development team for outpatient services, which aims to develop services and promote data management. As a designer, your main tasks include producing and maintaining data analyses for outpatient services and advancing data management. This involves implementing and maintaining visual reports, retrieving and compiling necessary information related to data requests, reports, and responses, and collaborating with stakeholders in the service line on report development. These include developing reports related to various themes using Tableau, maintaining and producing strategic situation reports, and developing and maintaining reporting and visualization. The role includes onboarding relevant parties to use data management tools. The designer will work closely with others. You will have the right to process customer and patient data with identifiable information related to the service line for data management purposes, which may require a security clearance. Additionally, the role involves participating in the comprehensive development of outpatient services as part of the development team. This includes collaborating with different parties and participating in or leading various working groups and projects. Other tasks will be assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: - Suitable higher university degree or lower university degree with experience in report development. - Independent work style, organizational skills, excellent teamwork and communication skills. - Proficiency in Finnish and good command of English. - Knowledge of data management, statistical methods, and data analytics. - Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense), familiarity with social and health care system software, and excellent O365 skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.). - Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
