The position is part of the open services development team, responsible for developing services and promoting data management. As a designer, your main tasks include producing and maintaining open services data analyses and advancing data management. This involves visual report creation and maintenance, retrieving and compiling necessary information for data requests, reports, and responses, as well as collaborating with stakeholders in the service line on report development. This includes developing reports related to various themes using Tableau, maintaining strategic situation reports, and developing and maintaining reporting and visualization. The role includes onboarding partners to data management tools. It involves close cooperation with others. The designer has the right to handle customer and patient data with identifiers related to the service line for data management purposes, which may require a security clearance. Additionally, the role involves participating in the comprehensive development of the open services line as part of the development team. This includes collaboration with different parties and participating in or leading various working groups and projects. Other tasks are assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: - Suitable higher university degree or lower university degree with experience in report development. - Independent work style, organizational skills, excellent teamwork and communication skills. - Excellent Finnish language skills and good English skills. Success in the role requires knowledge of data management, statistical methods, data analytics, visualization development skills, experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense), familiarity with social and health care system software, and excellent O365 skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
