We are currently supporting a leading client in the Netherlands that is delivering a number of large-scale data centre projects and is seeking experienced Electrical Commissioning Engineers to join their growing project teams. With multiple projects entering the commissioning and handover phases, this is an excellent opportunity to work on mission-critical facilities within one of the fastest-growing sectors in Europe. Responsibilities Execute and support electrical commissioning activities across data centre projects. Review commissioning procedures, method statements, and test documentation. Coordinate with construction, engineering, vendors, and client teams to ensure successful project delivery. Witness and oversee testing of electrical systems including MV/LV distribution, transformers, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, and associated infrastructure. Ensure all commissioning activities are completed safely and in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. Support energisation planning and project handover to operations teams. Requirements Previous experience delivering electrical commissioning activities on data centre, mission-critical, industrial, power, or large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and critical power infrastructure. Experience working within multidisciplinary project environments. Ability to review technical documentation and commissioning procedures. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. What’s on Offer Long-term freelance contract.
