Customer Advisor

We are now looking for two customer advisors for Ruokaboksi Finland Oy's Oulu office to work in the Estonian market. Job Description In this role, you will contact current and potential customers operating in the Estonian market by phone. You will present campaigns, benefits, and service options, and answer customer questions. Some contacts are aimed at current customers and some at individuals who have already expressed interest in the service and want to hear more about it. The work is full-time and based at the Oulu office. Working hours: * Monday–Thursday 9:00–16:00 * Friday 9:00–15:00 Work starts in early September. What do we expect? * Fluent Estonian language skills. * Finnish language skills are considered an advantage. * A positive and customer-oriented attitude. * A desire to learn new things and develop sales skills. Previous experience in sales or customer advisory is not essential, as you will receive comprehensive intensive training for about two weeks on products, services, and working methods. Remuneration: * Base salary €1,400/month + commissions. * Earnings for the first two months are approximately €2,000/month. * Average possible monthly earnings are approximately €2,500–3,500/month.
