We are now looking for a Software Specialist for a permanent position in HUS IT Administration! HUS IT Administration is an active operator that develops and implements new innovations in the healthcare sector. IT Administration is a HUS profit center that provides information system, IT, and telecommunications services, as well as IT equipment leasing, primarily to the HUS joint municipal authority, its partners, and subsidiary and associate companies. We are now seeking a Software Specialist for a permanent position in the Patient Systems responsibility area, Regional Patient System Services responsibility unit. We ensure that HUS's core patient information systems and their peripheral systems operate reliably and are secure to use. These patient care information systems are used by HUS healthcare professionals and clients, as well as experts from wellbeing services counties. We are looking for a reinforcement for our expert and cheerful 15-person unit. In your work, you will operate in specialist tasks related to the Apotti patient information system. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality of Apotti system work shifts, patient transfers, and patient admissions and discharges, as well as the management of this entity. You will participate in coordinating the development work of the Apotti system, taking into account customer needs and legislative requirements. You will participate in Apotti system implementation projects, software testing, and level 2 support tasks, as well as other tasks related to development, design, and maintenance. You will work closely with internal customers and information system providers. Tasks may also include other duties related to the development and maintenance of patient information systems and product responsibilities for systems in continuous service. You will be supported in your tasks by experienced colleagues and your supervisor.
