Childcare Worker

We are seeking a childcare worker for early childhood education for a fixed-term employment period from August 6, 2026, to May 31, 2027, at Herttuankulma Day Care Center. Our day care center is easily accessible. It operates in two units, at Kristina Stenbockinkatu 7 and Sairashuoneenkatu 1. The position being recruited is for the new unit on Kristina Stenbockinkatu. We have a warm, child-respecting atmosphere. Joy, collaboration, and strong pedagogy are the guiding principles of our day care center. We expect a pedagogical and child-centered approach to work, initiative, good group management skills, and a desire to actively develop your work. We receive support in our work from, among other things: - cooperation with a regional social worker - a digital tutor is available to help - a special education teacher works at the day care center We want to provide children with a safe and warm learning environment where they can grow and develop through play, movement, exploration, art, and other diverse activities.
