Responsibilities include advancing fine-tuning methodologies, optimizing LLM inference bottlenecks, and exploring low-precision training/inference on modern hardware. You should have deep understanding of ML/RL fundamentals, expertise in deep learning for language, experience with training large models on multiple nodes, and strong software engineering skills (Python) with JAX.
