We are seeking a hands-on shipping supervisor for our metal products assembler in eastern Tampere. The role combines supervisory responsibilities with practical work, acting as a key link between production, supervision, customer representatives, and sales to ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries. Daily tasks include coordinating shipping operations, coordinating with production, supervising assembly and final product finish, monitoring delivery times, ensuring quality control and delivery reliability, packing and shipment preparation, ordering transports and freight, and handling related documentation. Requirements include at least two years of relevant experience, good organizational and collaboration skills, proactive and responsible work attitude, ability to multitask, willingness to participate in production work, and strong communication skills. Preference for technical aptitude and experience in mechanical assembly.
