Facilities Manager

We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join us at Telia. I am Kari Äikäs, and I am looking for a person to join our Facilities Management team. We are responsible for the development and management of Telia Finland's premises and work environments across Finland. What you will do: As a Facilities Manager, you are responsible for the strategic development and operational management of Telia's premises. The role combines the implementation of the premises strategy, property maintenance, service management, budgeting and management of the partner network. You lead changes and development projects related to premises in cooperation with businesses and support functions. You develop space efficiency and hybrid work solutions according to changing working methods. You ensure that the premises are cost-effective, safe and supportive of user needs. You promote energy efficiency, sustainability goals, safety and risk management. You are partly responsible for budgeting, cost monitoring and directing the activities of service partners. You use data in decision-making and monitor metrics related to cost-efficiency, utilization rate, user satisfaction and ESG goals. What will help you succeed in this role: Success in this position requires a practical, solution-oriented and proactive approach. We are looking for a person who can combine business needs into functional premises solutions and move changes forward together with various stakeholders. You have experience with premises, real estate, space management or similar entities. You understand the overall aspects related to premises maintenance, services, costs and user experience. You know how to lead things and cooperation even without direct supervisory responsibility. You have the ability to move changes forward, commit stakeholders and find practical solutions. You are development-oriented and interested in how data, digital tools and new operating methods can be utilized in the real estate and premises world. Tasks may be in different locations, so a driver's license is beneficial. Join us!
