Roofing Salesperson

We are now recruiting roofing salespeople for our client in Uusimaa and South Ostrobothnia. In this role, you will do domestic sales to consumer customers, mainly with pre-scheduled visits in your calendar. The job suits you if you want to sell a good product, have high earning potential, and receive solid support. Your duties include selling roof renovations to consumers, booking 2-3 meetings per day from the booking team, and actively acquiring new customers. The employment is with our client’s payroll (not as a freelancer). A driver’s license is required, and a company car will be provided. The first two months: guaranteed salary of €2000. After that, the guaranteed salary remains if you make at least 20 offers per month. Average earnings: €15,000–€20,000, with about €1,000–€1,500 per sale. Top salespeople can earn €5,000–€10,000 per month, with earnings rising quickly. You are outgoing, goal-oriented, competitive, unafraid of customer meetings, and willing to start without prior sales experience—attitude is key. A driver’s license is essential, and a car is provided by the employer. Previous experience in door-to-door sales is a plus but not required.
