Hiab Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Hiab truck driver for project-based work in Northern Sweden. You will work as part of an experienced and professional site team, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of lifting operations. The tasks relate to industrial steel and cladding construction projects, where you will participate in material transfers, installations, and other lifting work. The equipment available includes Volvo + Palfinger 92 and Volvo + Effer 95. **Job description includes:** · Safe operation of the vehicle-mounted crane in accordance with lifting plans and work instructions · Lifting, transferring, and installing steel and cladding structures · Daily equipment inspections as well as proper use and maintenance of devices · Planning and executing lifts in cooperation with other site personnel · Ensuring occupational safety in all situations · Cooperation with the customer, site personnel, and other contractors **We require from you:** · Previous experience in driving vehicle-mounted cranes and lifting work · Valid mobile crane operator qualification · C or CE driver's license (CE is considered an advantage) · A strong safety mindset and commitment to safe working methods · Initiative, diligence, and a responsible approach to work · Ability to work independently as well as part of a team · Willingness to work on a project basis in Sweden · English language skills are considered an advantage **Considered an advantage:** · Previous experience in industrial steel and cladding construction projects · Experience with large vehicle-mounted cranes and demanding lifting operations · Valid occupational safety, hot work, and first aid cards · Previous experience from international construction sites · Expertise in mechanical installation work We especially value a positive attitude, cooperation skills, and a desire to perform high-quality work safely.
