Site Manager for Apartment Building - Worker Kainuu Oy

Are you looking for a long-term and responsible site manager position in precast concrete construction? Do you have strong experience in construction projects, reporting, and ensuring safe site execution? We are seeking an experienced site manager for our client in the Kainuu region for a fixed-term project starting in early September 2026 and continuing for approximately over a year. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of a precast concrete construction project, ensuring smooth site progress, monitoring schedules, and guaranteeing quality and occupational safety. The role involves close cooperation with various stakeholders and active reporting on project progress. We are looking for a person capable of managing the site independently and professionally, ensuring the successful implementation of the project from start to finish. The position requires strong construction industry experience, good IT skills, and fluent Finnish language skills. You are a good fit for this job if you have: * Experience in precast concrete construction projects * Several years of versatile experience in the construction industry * Fluent Finnish language skills * Good IT skills, especially proficiency in MS Office programs * Strong reporting and documentation skills * A solid understanding of occupational safety and its importance in the site environment * Ability to act responsibly and systematically throughout different project phases It is a plus (but not essential) if you also have: * Experience with large and demanding construction projects * Experience in supervising subcontractors * Additional construction industry training or certifications * Experience using project management systems We offer you: * A salary according to or better than the collective agreement (TES), paid on time.
