Element Worker

This posting is for an Element Worker at an element factory in Lempäälä, Pirkanmaa. The role involves manufacturing concrete elements, including formwork preparation and assembly, rebar work, concreting and casting, and other element production tasks depending on skill level. The job is performed in two shifts and offers a long-term position in a stable production environment. Requirements include experience in concrete element production, ability to read drawings, careful and high-quality work ethic, ability to work independently and as part of a team, readiness for two-shift work, and a good attitude and commitment. Desirable items include experience with molds, reinforcement, or concreting work, and having a valid safety card. We offer long-term employment, diverse tasks in element production, a skilled work community and good onboarding, opportunities to develop skills further, and pay according to the relevant collective agreement and experience. Pay is determined by experience, between €12.75 and €16.54 per hour. The employment agreement follows the construction product industry collective agreement.
