Engel nurseries are private kindergartens established in 1993 in southern Helsinki. Engel has four nearby small, home-like kindergartens: Engel Viiskulma, Engel Huvila, Engel Seppä and Engel Albert. We offer a warm, communal, and encouraging atmosphere and a professionally ambitious workforce. We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher for Engel Huvila on a fixed-term contract. As an Early Childhood Teacher you will act as the pedagogical leader of your own work team, ensuring the implementation of high-quality pedagogy. You support and promote children's development, growth and learning. You will carry out planned early education in collaboration with your team and families. You will enjoy working with children and feel you are doing meaningful work. You are proactive, capable, goal-oriented and respectful of your workplace. You have calmness to handle challenging situations and a passion for goal-oriented early education. The role requires fluent Finnish and English. The position is fixed-term until 30 October 2026 with start date per contract or by 1 September 2026. The work time is 38 hours 20 minutes per week.
