Folkhälsan Välfärd Ab is recruiting a supervisor/handler for Villa Familia, a child protection unit comprising a shelter, family rehabilitation, and a children’s home. The position involves caring for and supporting placed youths aged 0–17, creating a safe and predictable everyday life, and collaborating with families and networks. The role is for a temporary period from 1 September 2026 to 31 January 2027, with three-shift work. Core duties include caring for and guiding the residents and participating in cooperation between parents and networks. Requirements include a basic degree in the social, health, or pedagogical sector. Swedish and Finnish language skills are required, along with a positive attitude and the ability to engage with people in various life situations. Experience in child protection work is advantageous, as is experience in addiction/psychiatric care and crisis work. A driver’s license is mandatory. Salary is in accordance with the collective agreement for the private social services sector. A medical certificate, an extract from the criminal record, and a tuberculosis screening are required.
