
We are looking for a Junior Technical Trainer to join Scania’s Technical School in Torrejón de Ardoz. The mission is to learn and develop as a technical training specialist within Scania, participating in the preparation and delivery of training programs aimed at our network of workshops and technical professionals. What you will do: Collaborate in preparing training actions and teaching materials. Participate in delivering technical training on Scania products and services. Provide support in organizing and tracking training activities. Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs. Learn about our products, technologies and processes. Use digital tools to manage and monitor training activity. Stay updated on sector and brand technical news. What we look for: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar. Previous experience (internships or up to 1 year) in automotive, industrial vehicles, machinery, maintenance or industrial environments. High level English. Portuguese not required. Interest in training, communication and knowledge transfer. Learning ability, initiative and teamwork orientation. Availability to travel nationally and internationally on a variable basis.
