Customer service representative for an online store Are you able to handle three chats, one email, and a phone call about your package all at once—and still smile? Excellent, you might be the person we are looking for. What is the job? We are looking for an online store sales associate for Virtasenkauppa, someone who keeps the strings in hand when a customer has questions, an order is urgent, or nerves are tested. This role is a combination of customer service, problem-solving, communication virtuosity, and sometimes even a therapist (yes, your package is really on its way). What will you do in practice? Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone politely, clearly, and sometimes even lightning-fast. (Thank you for your message! Yes, we are here for you, and yes, the package is on its way.) Orders: Ensure that orders are processed correctly, on time, and without mysterious disappearances. When something goes wrong, you fix the situation before anyone can write in caps lock. Customer Feedback: Read feedback, rejoice in praise, and learn from criticism. You know that every piece of feedback is an opportunity (even if sometimes it feels more like a chance to take a deep breath). What do we expect from you? - Good stress tolerance; the online store doesn’t sleep, and neither do some customers - Positive attitude and sense of humor - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without spilling your coffee - Genuine desire to help Previous experience is a plus, but the right attitude goes a long way (and sometimes faster than delivery).
