UPS Equipment Production Assembler

We are looking for assemblers to manufacture UPS equipment at our customer’s factory in Tuupakka, Vantaa. About the role Your working day will consist of varied mechanical assembly and connection tasks in the UPS equipment manufacturing process. The work includes assembling parts, making connections and preparing equipment. You will work at different stages of the manufacturing process and see how individual parts become a finished UPS device. The work is done together with a team, so you do not need to know everything by yourself. You will receive an introduction to the role and clear written work instructions. You will learn the tasks through practical work and take on new stages of the process. The work is full-time, 40 hours per week, on weekdays in two shifts between 6:00 and 22:00. Pay is determined according to the technology industry collective agreement. Shift supplements and a motivating monthly production bonus are also included in the pay, allowing you to increase your earnings through your own and the team’s success. What are we looking for? The most important things are a positive attitude, motivation to learn new things and a careful approach to work. Previous experience in assembly or production work, as well as electrical or connection work, is an advantage, but we do not expect you to know everything in advance. Relevant education or a related hobby is also considered an advantage. Accuracy, initiative and a careful approach are important in the work. Since you will work as part of a team, good cooperation skills and a willingness to help colleagues are also important. Above all, we are looking for committed people who want to learn, develop and build their skills over the long term. The role requires Finnish language skills because of the introduction and work instructions. You must also be willing to work two shifts. Why join us?
