We are seeking a capable, enthusiastic, and self-driven physiotherapist or occupational therapist to join our team. This is a 40% part-time position (2 days per week). The position is located at Attendo Kirjolanmäki, an elderly care home in Salo. Start date is 21 September 2026. Your duties as a physiotherapist or occupational therapist include assessing residents’ functional capacity and supporting it through individual and group guidance; developing rehabilitation activities in collaboration with the multi-professional team within your own care home; assessing assistive device needs, procurement and usage instruction; guiding staff towards rehabilitative working methods and ergonomic practices; and evaluating individual rehabilitation for clients in addition services. This is a valuable opportunity to grow professionally in a diverse environment. We expect flexibility, self-direction, and a positive, proactive attitude. Requirements include: qualification as a physiotherapist or occupational therapist, vaccination protection under section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act, and a criminal background check for employment longer than three months; valid social and health care professional card. We primarily look for a team player but value expertise especially in elderly rehabilitation, ergonomics or kinesthetics. Entrepreneurial approach, initiative, and good collaboration skills are valued.
