Food production worker

We are seeking food production workers for fresh product manufacturing. Oy Lunden Ab is a family-owned company known for brands Jalostaja, Auran, Savuhovi, Chef Lundén, Dennis and Kuivalihakundi. The company manufactures a variety of fresh and industrial foods. In addition to our own brands, production includes private labels, and we act as a subcontractor for major food companies. Main markets are Finland and the Baltic states. The company employs about 650 people and has pro forma revenue around €125 million. Production sites are in Turku, Tallinn, Kerava and Tuusula. Role: you will work in a fast-paced environment with hands-on work, in a cold manufacturing space at about +6°C. Tasks include preparing, packaging and inspecting food products such as sandwiches and salads, and other varied production duties. The job is production work with machines; the environment is slightly cool. Work is in two shifts on weekdays: morning shift 6:00–14:00 and evening shift 14:00–22:00, with possible intermediate shifts. The job location has good public transport access. Start dates are by agreement; longer-term availability is desired; there may also be temporary/occasional shifts. We offer domestic food production work with good onboarding, friendly team and valuable experience in the food industry. Pay is per the Food Industry collective agreement: €11.92–€14.35 per hour (evening premium €2.15 per hour), depending on experience and training.
