Key Responsibilities - Plan and implement engaging lessons and pedagogical activities that promote learning and development. - Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. - Monitor and assess children's progress and maintain developmental records. - Encourage social skills, creativity, independence, and problem-solving abilities. - Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the classroom. - Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs. - Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance techniques. - Prepare educational materials and maintain a clean, organized learning environment. - Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to enhance educational programs. - Adhere to childcare regulations, policies, and professional standards. HCK is conveniently located at Tenholantie 10 B, 00280 Helsinki, with excellent public transport connections. The centre is easily accessible by the many bus services that run along Mannerheimintie. Bus 506 stops directly in front of our building at its final stop in Ruskeasuo. There is ample parking available in the surrounding area. Our centre also features a private outdoor playground and is located adjacent to Central Park, providing both adults and children with wonderful opportunities to enjoy nature and outdoor learning in a beautiful environment.
