Nurse

We are seeking a nurse for a permanent, full-time position at Yli-Maaria Validia-talo. The unit is a 18-bed setting for clients with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders. The nurse is responsible for comprehensive nursing care and health promotion, including assessment, monitoring, documentation, and creating care plans, guiding the staff, and ensuring safe medication administration. The role involves active participation in daily care with the team, attending team meetings, and contributing to unit development. The nurse works alongside another nurse in the unit. Shifts are daytime mornings. The position requires experience with developmental disabilities and autism, good Finnish language skills, and strong communication and teamwork.
