Restaurant Manager

Primary location: VANTAA. Ravintolapäällikkö, Amarillo, Break Sokos Hotel Flamingo. Break Sokos Hotel Flamingo is an experiential hotel connected to the Nordic region's largest entertainment center. With the current restaurant manager moving to new challenges within the company, we are seeking a restaurant manager to lead the Amarillo restaurant operations at Break Sokos Hotel Flamingo. Amarillo is one of the region's most attractive restaurants, and the role offers a unique opportunity to lead a large, visible operation under a strong brand. You will work with a top team and be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests—doing so with a strong focus on results. You will lead your team by example from the front and build and maintain a sales-driven service culture where every team member understands their role in delivering results. Staff development, coaching leadership and smooth day-to-day organization come naturally to you, and you are willing to participate in operational work when needed. As restaurant manager you are responsible for quality and profitability of operations and you are an active developer who moves the operation forward courageously. You will operate as part of the hotel’s management team. The role involves varied shifts.
