Contract Specialist at PAM's Helsinki Central Office. The role focuses on developing collective agreements for the private-sector facilities and related advocacy, advisory and training tasks within the property services sector. The successful candidate will contribute to negotiating collective agreements and further developing labour and safety law in collaboration with PAM’s unit and across PAM’s contract areas. The position is permanent and may include broader responsibilities spanning PAM’s contract areas depending on the candidate’s profile. Requirements include an independent work style with analytical skills and courage, several years of experience developing working terms or labor law, and a relevant higher education degree or equivalent theoretical competencies.
