The work mainly consists of individual rehabilitation for children, which we implement at our facility or in the client's own environment in Lappeenranta and its surrounding areas. Remote speech therapy is also possible, and excellent material packages are available to support the work. Our team consists of experts from various rehabilitation fields, such as physical and occupational therapists. In a multidisciplinary team, we learn from each other and provide high-quality rehabilitation for the benefit of our clients. You can be employed through an employment contract with various salary models or as a professional practitioner. For a full-time speech therapist on a monthly salary, the salary is €4,030 - €4,739 depending on experience and the working area. We use flexible working hours on weekdays, meaning you can plan the rhythm of work to suit you. If you wish, you can choose our performance-based pay model, allowing you to influence your own salary. Our speech therapists working on performance-based pay earn an average of €4,000 - €6,500 per month depending on their own pace of work. Working with a performance-based model is flexible - you can work less, in which case your earnings are correspondingly lower, or more, in which case your income level can be significantly higher than the average. The form of employment or working hours can be modified according to your needs, and our extensive network of facilities enables moving to another location if your life situation changes. To succeed in the job, you need: - A degree in speech therapy and speech therapist qualification granted by the National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health (Valvira). You may also be in the final stages of your studies. - A driver's license and the possibility to use your own car if necessary. - A flexible approach and a positive attitude. - Vaccination protection in accordance with the Communicable Diseases Act to ensure the safety of our clients. - The person selected for the position must present a criminal record extract as required by the Act on the Supervision of Social Welfare and Health Care.
