Software Engineer

Job Title: Developer Platform/Product Location: TechM Chennai ELCOT Years of Experience: 2 5 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Developer Platform/Product with a strong focus on Webmethods Integration Platform administration. The ideal candidate will have 2 5 years of experience in developing and managing integration solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity between various systems and applications. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively within a team to deliver high quality solutions that meet business needs. Responsibilities: - Administer and manage the Webmethods Integration Platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. - Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Webmethods tools and technologies. - Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes, resolving issues in a timely manner. - Document integration processes, workflows, and system configurations for future reference. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in integration technologies and methodologies. Mandatory Skills: - Strong knowledge and hands on experience with Webmethods Integration Platform administration. - Proficiency in developing integration solutions using Webmethods tools. - Experience with API management and service oriented architecture (SOA). - Solid understanding of data formats such as XML, JSON, and EDI. - Familiarity with database technologies and SQL. - Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: - Experience with cloud integration platforms and services. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Experience in working with microservices architecture. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2 5 years of relevant experience in integration development and administration. - Certifications in Webmethods or related technologies are a plus.
