We are now looking for a class teacher for Swedish language immersion at Uomarinne School. Job description: Uomarinne primary school, located in Myyrmäki, Vantaa, is a learning community of nearly 700 students and 100 adults. Our school is a diverse learning center that, in addition to basic education, has Swedish immersion, special and preparatory education. The reconstruction of our school has enabled teaching and learning according to the new curriculum in modern facilities. We are developing our operational culture and different forms of co-teaching. Multidisciplinary cooperation supporting learning and an established culture of doing things together create a good working atmosphere in our school. Sufficient language skills in accordance with the National Board of Education's regulation on the language proficiency required of a teacher in pre-primary and basic education given in a language other than the school's language of instruction (25/011/2005). In addition to the eligibility requirement, we require: Experience in immersion teaching, good interaction skills, and the ability to act as an active member of a grade-level team.
