The NTM Group currently employs approximately 800 people and has an annual turnover of around EUR 165 million. We are increasing volumes within our Trailer Division and are now looking for, for our factory in Närpes, a Supervisor for the final assembly of trailers and truck bodies. In the role of Supervisor, you are responsible for coordinating, leading and following up on daily operations in accordance with applicable quality requirements, delivery plans, productivity targets and compliance standards. You will work closely with both the Department Manager and Team Leaders. The position may involve shift work. Experience and Qualifications: We are looking for a candidate with a relevant educational background and some experience in supervisory work or people management. You are solution-oriented, a good listener and a strong team player, with an understanding of the importance of efficient processes and their continuous improvement. Proficiency in both Finnish and Swedish, as well as good computer skills, is required.
