Salesperson and Logistics Coordinator

The role involves the heart of the JYSK store, the warehouse. You are also an excellent salesperson and customer service provider. Are you ready to give your all for sales? SALESPERSON/LOGISTICS COORDINATOR'S WORK AT JYSK - Your varied and busy workdays consist of work in the warehouse and store: you receive, shelf and unload goods, take care of warehouse and customer orders, maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness, and train your colleagues to work in a safe environment. - Additionally, you are responsible for the sales result, customer service, cashier work and other store maintenance tasks. - You implement the JYSK service concept: you are ready to serve our customers when your shift starts, act professionally and sell the best solutions to customers. - You are responsible for the store's goals together with the rest of the team. - The work is very physical, and every day you accumulate thousands of steps of exercise. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU - You have the motivation to work both in the warehouse and in sales on the store side, as well as to achieve results and a will to exceed expectations. - You are proactive, self-starting and have good interaction skills. - You can get the whole team inspired by the cleanliness, safety and maintenance of the warehouse, thus streamlining work in the store. - You tolerate incompleteness, because there is a lot to do and not everything can always be finished at once. - You also want to sell and succeed in every shift. You are energetic and brave, and you boldly meet every customer in the store. - You are at your best in a rush and in a fast-paced environment. You like a fast pace of work and even surprising tasks during the shift. - You get energy from teamwork and exceeding your own goals. - You are flexible regarding tasks, working hours and schedules. Work is done in varying shifts in the morning, evening and also on weekends. - We require fluent Finnish and Swedish language skills, English is considered an advantage.
