On offer is a versatile role where you will evaluate Finnish growth companies, operate within the growth company ecosystem, and develop your expertise in private equity. **Job Description** Tesi's venture and growth investment team primarily invests in Finnish startups (typically starting from Series A–B rounds) and growth companies in the scalable growth phase. As part of the team, you will participate in the analysis and evaluation of investment targets, market and industry research, and the preparation of materials. Your work is a combination of independent analytical work and interaction with Tesi's team, target companies, other investors, and a broader stakeholder network. You will actively participate in meetings and evaluations of both current and new investment targets. You will be supported by your own team as well as Tesi's extensive expert knowledge. **Who are we looking for?** We are looking for an analyst with a genuine interest in private equity markets, a strong analytical approach, and a startup-oriented mindset. We value the ability to summarize essential observations clearly both in writing and orally, to engage in discussions, and to network naturally with entrepreneurs, investors, and actors in the startup ecosystem. Previous experience in business analysis, strategy consulting, or generally with startups and growth-stage companies is considered an advantage. **We expect from you:** - A suitable university degree (e.g., in business, technical, or natural sciences) - 1-2 years of experience in relevant roles, such as investment activities, growth companies, strategy consulting, or investment banking - A good understanding of corporate financial figures and valuation methods - Good skills in Finnish and English and an active, interactive approach to work - Good proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Alteryx) and an interest in learning new AI solutions to support analytical work are considered advantages.
