We are looking for a new colleague for our competent and energetic team in the Hämeenlinna Tiiriö, Janakkala store group! Task: Salesperson Employment relationship: Permanent Working hours/week: 18h Location: Hämeenlinna Tiiriö, Janakkala Salary: Difficulty level 2 (11.98-14.03 €/h) Would you like to be the person who makes the customer's day a little better? We Alko employees are known for world-class customer service and community, and now we are looking for a new energetic salesperson for our team. In this position, you play a central role in providing our customers with an unforgettable service experience. No two days are the same. Serving the customer arriving at the store is our most important task, and in addition, your workdays may include store maintenance tasks such as shelving products, cashier work, cleaning the store, unloading cargo, and delivering online store orders. We have a caring and community atmosphere, we act together and help each other. In this position, you will mainly work in the stores of Hämeenlinna Tiiriö, but it is considered an advantage if you have the possibility to work also in the third store of the store group in Janakkala if needed. We offer you an average of 18 working hours per week, and if you wish, you can also do extra work in other stores in the nearby area, getting to know new colleagues. What personal qualities do we value in our new colleague? - Desire to exceed customer expectations: The most important thing for us is a genuine desire to work with customer service and our products. Previous experience in customer service and sales work, especially in the specialty trade sector, as well as knowledge of our product side, for example through restaurant industry work experience or hobbies, is considered an advantage. - Enthusiasm and attitude: You are eager to learn new things and develop yourself. What we offer you: - Salary: Salary according to the difficulty level of the task, difficulty level 2 (11.98-14.03 €/h).
