We are seeking for the South Savo region of Perhepalvelut Ruori AN INSTRUCTOR TO BE CALLED FOR WORK AS NEEDED About the position Are you a professional with experience in child welfare or family work? This could be a versatile and rewarding new workplace for you, considering your life situation. Perhepalvelut Ruori provides family work services in the South Savo region. Your job description as an open services instructor: - You work with the family in a client-oriented manner, at the family's home - You support families in their everyday lives and participate in daily activities with them - You plan and schedule your own work according to client visits agreed upon with the clients (within your shifts) - The work is mainly independent, but may also involve pair work when necessary In family work, interaction between family members is supported, and attention is paid to positive resources and opportunities. The goal is to ensure the child's growth conditions, prevent intergenerational problems, and keep the family together. Parents are supported concretely and through various methods in everyday management skills and parenting. The job description may include family work and intensified family work. The position is hourly work, where the number of hours varies according to need. A framework agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. The position is suitable as part-time work and follows periodic working hours, which may also include evening and weekend work. The position follows the collective agreement for the private social services sector. We require a higher education degree in social services (Bachelor of Social Services/Sosionomi AMK) and a valid social and health care professional card (sote-ammattikortti). Due to the nature and responsibility of the work, we expect at least 2 years of experience in child welfare work or other work with children and families. We hope for experience in goal-oriented and change-oriented work and the use of various working methods. The work is mobile and client visits take place at the families' homes, so a driver's license and the use of one's own car if necessary are essential. Client visits are located throughout the South Savo region, focusing on the Mikkeli area.
