Content Manager (substitute) Insurance can get complicated – especially for commercial customers. Our job is to turn that complexity into clarity. We’re now looking for a substitute Content Manager with a strong customer mindset to take ownership of our digital customer experiences across the Nordics. About the role This role is about more than writing. You’ll take ownership of how commercial customers are guided through our digital channels when buying insurance. You’ll work hands‑on with content, shaping end‑to‑end buying journeys and improving them continuously based on insights, data and experimentation. In a cross‑functional squad, you’ll collaborate with designers, developers and other specialists to shape digital experiences that are clear, easy to navigate and valuable for both customers and the business. You’ll also be part of our Content & Communications chapter, where people with similar expertise support each other, share knowledge and develop content and communication skills across the Nordics. This role suits someone who enjoys breaking down complex topics, taking responsibility for the customer perspective and improving experiences together with others.
