Child Day Care Worker

We are hiring a Child Day Care Worker for Norlandia Sympaatti. You are the professional responsible for listening to and being present with children in their daily routines, building an environment that supports learning, wonder, and collaborative activity. You support children’s growth, play, exploration, and discovery in everyday situations, work naturally with your group of colleagues and families to ensure the day runs calmly and coherently, and participate in planning and developing activities, taking responsibility for daily situations that advance children’s learning in an age-appropriate way.
