Job Description
We are looking for a growth marketing specialist and developer to build and develop marketing systematically for Sijoitusasunnot.com in Jyväskylä. The role involves creating growth through content, websites, data, automation, and customer acquisition, with responsibilities including defining marketing goals, developing websites and conversions, email marketing with ActiveCampaign, designing marketing automations, developing customer journeys and lead quality, and managing marketing reporting and projects. The candidate should have experience in digital marketing, CRM systems, website and customer journey development, data utilization, and be proactive and systematic. Knowledge of ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar systems, e-commerce or SaaS, analytics, and real estate investing is a plus. The role offers influence on business growth, responsibility for marketing development, and a strong support system including a well-established sales process, a large email list, and a recognized brand. The position is permanent and full-time, based in Jyväskylä.
