We are looking for an earthworks worker for our client in new-build and renovation projects. The work sites are primarily in the Uusimaa region, along the Helsinki–Vantaa axis, with occasional sites outside this area. The role involves skilled earthmoving tasks, machine operator assistant duties, laser usage, pipe installation and foreman tasks, and other site duties as assigned. We offer a long-term, full-time contract for the season, with a contractual pay of 15–19 €/h depending on experience. The work starts once a suitable person is found and is performed as a temporary employee in the client’s service, with potential for permanent placement later. Responsibilities include earthworks, assisting the machine operator, laser operation, pipe installations, foreman duties, and other site tasks. Qualifications include prior earthworks experience and laser operation, pipe installation skills, ability to work independently and in a team, Finnish language skills and a valid occupational safety card.
