Site Engineer

CMS Construction Management Solutions Oy is seeking site engineers for several demanding construction projects in the Savon region. The role is part of the project organization on site and you will primarily oversee quality, cost and schedule, supporting the foreman and the project manager to ensure smooth project execution. Your duties include quality assurance and documentation, coordinating inspections, tracking costs and quantities, preparing and supervising procurements, planning and monitoring schedules, inspecting and coordinating plans and drawings, promoting on-site safety, and collaborating with subcontractors, designers, and the international client organization. We expect you to have construction education (AMK construction engineer or master builder), understanding of construction production and on-site practices, strong ability to manage quality, costs and timelines, precise and systematic work approach, good English skills (international project environment), and prior experience in similar roles.
