Plant and Process Designer

The position is for a Plant and Process Designer at Despro. The role involves plant and layout design, pipe routing and piping design, process design and sizing, and involvement in industrial investment and modification projects. You will work with 3D design in industrial environments and close collaboration with clients to understand and resolve real design challenges. Required is a suitable technical education (e.g., mechanical engineering, process engineering, production economics) and a proactive mindset to solve client problems. You should be proactive, eager to develop your own and the team’s skills, and have good communication and customer-facing abilities. Proficiency in Finnish and English is expected.
