The key tasks of the Front Office Shift Leader include managing the hotel reception shifts and ensuring daily operations run smoothly together with the supervisory team. You are a cheerful, outgoing, and flexible team player who leads by inspiring example. Familiarity with the Opera Cloud hotel reservation system is preferred, and experience with other reservation systems is also considered an advantage.
