The Lapland wellbeing services county is seeking a social worker for a permanent official position in Tornio! Key responsibilities: - Planned adult social work with clients requiring special support and multi-professional networks. - Assessment of service needs, client plans, and decisions in accordance with the Social Welfare Act. - The position also includes participation in social work office-hour on-call duty and participation in out-of-office social emergency services as on-call from Monday to Thursday between 16:00 and 20:00. Social emergency services are centralized in Rovaniemi, and in the southwest region, on-call duty is performed as back-up duty. Separate compensation is paid for out-of-office on-call duty. We offer: - Position-specific salary of 4,106.33 €/month. For applicants meeting the eligibility criteria, an availability supplement of 300 €/month is paid for the time being. - Support from the leading social worker and weekly team meetings. - Flexibility in work, including flexible working hours and remote work, taking the nature of the work into account. We require: - The right to practice the profession of a social worker as a licensed professional. In the absence of applicants meeting the eligibility criteria, we will also consider substitute-eligible final-year social work students. - A driver's license and the possibility of using your own car. - An independent and proactive approach to work, as well as good interaction and community skills. The terms of employment are determined according to the SOTE agreement. A six-month probationary period applies to the position.
