
Engineering Planning Engineer
Act in the planning and physical-financial control of geotechnical and industrial engineering projects, ensuring alignment between scope, schedule, budget and resources, through the application of best practices of planning and project management. Support planning coordination in generating strategic information for decision making, contributing to the increase of predictability, risk mitigation and achievement of project objectives. Responsibilities include: Respond to the Planning Coordinator/Manager. Develop, maintain and control project schedules using planning tools. Periodically update schedules with engineering teams, consolidating physical progress information and execution forecasts. Prepare and monitor progress curves, S-curve, resource histograms and other performance indicators. Monitor physical and financial progress of projects, performing cost vs. budget analyses. Monitor productivity, resource allocation and team utilization, supporting operational capacity planning. Support integration between scope, schedule, costs, and procurement and engineering disciplines, ensuring consistency of planning information. Monitor performance of designers/contractors and other suppliers involved in project execution. Identify deviations, assess impacts and propose corrective actions and recovery plans. Prepare risk analyses, support change management and contribute to mitigation strategies. Prepare and monitor KPIs, providing reliable information for decision making. Prepare management reports, dashboards and executive presentations on project performance. Attend progress meetings, presenting project evolution, risks, deviations and proposed actions. Facilitate communication between engineering, planning, procurement, contractors and other stakeholders. Ensure traceability of information, document control and recording lessons learned during project life cycle. Support project closure, consolidating planning information and delivering final documentation according to procedures. Contribute to standardization, continuous improvement and development of planning and control processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Experience in planning and control of engineering projects
- Knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
- Advanced English for meetings
