Sales Negotiator - HOA sales

Valoo builds the future of fiber connectivity for Finnish homes and is expanding its Lahti team with an experienced sales professional. We seek a sales professional who can build trust, identify customer needs and drive the sales process to completion. The role focuses on engaging taloyhtiöiden decision-makers, building long-term customer relationships, and developing new opportunities in your area. Responsibilities include contacting decision-makers and other stakeholders, identifying new sales opportunities, preparing and conducting customer meetings, assessing customer needs and offering solutions, participating in housing association meetings, actively advancing negotiations and sales processes, and collaborating with housing associations’ boards, managers, and other stakeholders. The work combines new business, negotiation skills and long-term customer relationship building. In HOAs, decision-making often takes time and involves multiple parties, so we value the ability to keep processes under control and push them forward. The job is performed flexibly from home, at customer sites and, when needed, from the office. Regular hours with occasional evening work due to HOA meetings and a need to be flexible.
