On-site Support Person - Poolia IT - Helsinki, Finland

We are currently seeking an on-site support person for our client in a permanent position. Are you interested in deployment installations and working in an international IT environment? We are now hiring two on-site support persons for our client providing IT outsourcing services, on a permanent basis. In this role, you will mainly work on deployment installations and on-site support in central Helsinki. Please note that the work may also include occasional travel to other locations (Espoo, Turku, Tampere) using public transportation. Your tasks include deploying and installing workstations and applications, maintaining and supporting various terminal devices. You will handle support requests, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems. Additionally, you will guide users with daily IT challenges and ensure a smooth user experience. The work involves supporting a wide range of devices such as workstations, mobile devices, printers, and network equipment, as well as other customer-owned devices.
