Water plant master

Operate and maintain water treatment facilities at Kilpilahden area for the Porvoo refinery. Work closely with process engineers, process operators and other stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient and continuous operation and high-quality produced water. Responsibilities include field sampling rounds, process operation in the control room, maintenance planning and safety, and coordination with other teams. The role involves autonomous work and accountability for plant performance and safety. The position is fixed-term until 31 December 2027. Requirements include a suitable technical degree (process, energy, machinery, electrical or automation), prior relevant experience in water treatment facilities with knowledge of process systems and overall process understanding, and a valid B-driver’s license. Finnish language proficiency is required; English knowledge is an asset. Location: Kilpilahde, Porvoo, Finland.
