Marketing Program Specialist

As a Marketing Program Specialist EMEA (m/w/d), you will support the planning and execution of marketing programs, events, and communications activities across the EMEA region. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners, you will help deliver impactful campaigns, coordinate marketing operations and administration activities, and ensure successful event execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving marketing excellence in an international environment. Your Responsibilities Lead the development, planning, and execution of corporate events across the EMEA region, managing projects from concept creation through post-event analysis and performance reporting. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to deliver successful marketing activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, messaging, and event objectives are met. Manage regional marketing operations tools and platforms, including SharePoint environments, Power Apps, event tracking systems, and marketing budget reporting processes. Develop and coordinate marketing communications, promotional campaigns, co-branded materials, business updates, and supplier-related marketing content. Act as a trusted advisor to regional teams by providing marketing best practices, event guidance, process support, and onsite assistance when required Your Profile Experience in event management, marketing communications, marketing operations, or a similar role within an international business environment.
